Nicholas's philosophy is simple; he wants women to love their look and this ethos echoes through both his salon and the luxury range of hair care and styling products he chooses for his guests. His vast and loyal clientele are testament to his core salon role. He is an exceptional hairdresser who strives to reach high standards in service and styling. He achieves these standards through constant training for him and his team. Nicholas's trademark precision cutting and eye for detail enables him to look after a diverse clientele - always with charm! Nicholas ensures all his clients leave looking and feeling fantastic.
Andrea Graham - Director
Andrea continues to be responsible for the Marketing, Human Resources, branding and development of the company and its product range, a role which she relishes for its challenges and diversity. Andrea's expertise helped to form the foundations of the Nicholas Graham brand. Andreas retail expertise is only equal to her passion and dedication for maintaining an unsurpassed level of customer service and exemplary standards of work from her team. Her diverse and challenging role encompasses Human Resources, Accounting, Management, Stock Control and Marketing. She uses her Textiles and Fashion backround to theme and style all the hairdressing photo shoots.
Christine Gartland - Master Stylist/Salon Manager
Christine's experience and dedication to the company are integral to the smooth running of the salon. Christine has been a vital part of the Nicholas Graham team since 2006. A warm, sincere and sunny customer service natural, Christine has progressed to running a client friendly salon together with her excellent hairdressing ability.Christines philosophy to client care is simple; nothing is too much trouble. She encourages her team to go out of their way to accommodate the client's every need, ensuring they receive a friendly, efficient service which is sincere and welcoming. Christine encourages the team to discover, then meet and surpass each client's expectations.
Michael Henderson - Master Stylist
Micheal loves making people look and feel fantastic. His all round talents and skills have led to him developing a loyal, client base who appreciate his diverse and all-encompassing hairdressing approach. His eye for detail and finish manages to cross every age divide and his engaging and well-informed manner ensures he is a firm favourite with clients and staff alike and an integral part of the NG team.
Helen Duncan - Master Stylist
Helen's attention to detail and precision hairdressing is unrivalled. This has led to her reputation as the Bridal hair expert in the salon.Helen is an integral member of the Nicholas Graham team and she is an inspiration to younger team members whom she trains in her techniques to ensure her technical abilities are passed down. With a loyal and devoted clientele, Helen is a vital, member of the team. Trying one of her Volumised blow dry's is a must.
Dawn Aroga - Master Stylist
Master Stylist Dawn's philosophy is to provide a real understanding of what the client really wants from their colour combined with a level of unsurpassed technical consistency. Dawn is the most experienced of the team. Her genuine personality and ability make her very popular with her clients. Her skills are varied and she can adapt easily to all hair types and create the perfect look.
Sarah Chambers - Top Stylist
Sarah excels in her show and photographic work, compiling Trends Predictions and being responsible for over-seeing the salon's media work. Sarah,s innate cutting ability and grasp of fashion trends are the benchmark for the salon's styling team. Her vast and loyal clientele love her signature style of easy to wear, tailored cuts. Sarah won the title of Aveda Pure Image Newcomer in 2010. Beating of stiff competition from all over the UK.
Deneice Holmes - Stylist
Deniece is an excellent example of how good training works. Denieice has worked within the Nicholas Graham Art Team, supporting on shows, seminars and development projects. Deniece has developed a loyal clientele and prides herself both on her customer service and creativity. Deniece is recognised for her unique talents and colour skills.
Jessica Stuart - Colourist
Up and coming trainee stylist. Jessica won Aveda Pure Image Award Assistant of the year createing the amazing look from cut to colour and the fashion prediction too. We know this is only the start of a blossoming career. Watch this space.
Suzanne Johnston - Assistant
Suzannes sunny disposition and friendly manner make her a great asset to the team. a quick learner who will most certainly achieve ger goal as Stylist.
Esther - Assistant
Esther is the back bone of the salon. The role of trainee is so important to ensure the smooth running of a good salon and Esther is integral in all aspects of this.
